Shipping Timeframe
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days based on your location.
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days in select cities (additional charges may apply).
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
- For orders below ₹699, a flat shipping charge of ₹60 will be applied.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package anytime.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Sleep supplements (opened or used)
- Herbal teas (opened)
- Eye masks, earplugs, or any personal use items
- Nightwear or intimate wear (if tried or used)
- Aroma oils once unsealed
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days.
- Share your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable).
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details will be collected during return request).
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll resolve it on priority.
